Cake n’ BaKe’s mission is to treat every customer like family and always provide them with scratch made delicious treats at an affordable price.  

 

     Jessica Abate is the owner and Pastry Chef of Cake n’ BaKe. Born and raised in New York, Jessica learned her first baking skills  from being in the kitchen with her mother and nonna. Her family inspired her from a young age and left her with a passion and hunger for more knowledge and more sweets. After graduating with a Bachelor of Technology in Hospitality Management from CUNY NYC College of Technology in June 2018, she decided to take her passion beyond family and spread her love of baking to everyone.

    Jessica believes that handcrafted desserts warm the heart and can bring a smile to anyone’s face. Her passion lies in the idea that fresh baked desserts bring joy to families and friends all over. Every cake, pastry, and dessert that leaves the Cake n’ BaKe is made from scratch using only the best ingredients to create amazing textures, flavors, and experiences for every customer.

 

Cake n’ BaKe is compliant with New York food safety codes. Jessica is Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certified and has a NYS Food Handlers License.
